Fortheyoungpeople,itisveryimportanttohaveambition,theyneedthemotivationtomoveon.Butmostofthemarejusttalkingabouttheambitionandnevertaketheaction.Theactionisasimportantastheambition.Ontheonehand,ambitionsetsupthegoalforapersontofight.Withoutambition,noonecanbesuccessful,ambitionisjustlikethelightinthedark,itleadspeopletoseethebrightfuture.Ontheotherhand,actionhelpspeopletorealizetheirdreams.Sometimes,actionevenismoreimportantthantheambition.Everyonehastheambition,buttheactionmakesthemdifferent.Theonewhojustkeepsthinkingandnottotakeactionwillneverbesuccessful.Asthesayingthatnopain,nogain,itremindspeopletotakeaction.Soweneedtohavebothambitionandaction.　
　　对于年轻人来说，有雄心壮志是很重要的，他们需要动力来前进。但是他们大部分人只是嘴上说说，从来不行动。行动和决心一样重要。一方面，决心为人定下目标去奋斗。没有决心，没有人能够成功，决心就如黑暗中的灯光，引导着人们来看光明的未来。另一方面，行动帮助人们实现他们的梦想。有时候，行动比决心更加重要。每个人都有决心，但是行动才会有所作为。谁只是想想而不采取行动的话，是不会成功的。正如有句话说没有付出，就没有收获，这告诉人们要采取行动。因此我们既需要决心，也需要行动。
