Thereisnodoubtthatfakeandinferiorproductsareextremelyharmful.Inthefirstplace，theyendangerpeople’shealth，givingrisetoalotofinjuryaccidents.Forinstance，inferior-qualitymedicinesnotonlyaggravateapatient’scondition，butalsotendtothreatenhislifeand，what’sworse，toresultinhisdeath.Secondly，fakeandinferiorproductsareusuallysoldonthecheap.Inmanycasestheyinterferewiththenormaleconomicorderinourcountry，affectingthemarketofmanyhigh-qualitygoods.Thisinagreatdegree，hindersthedevelopmentofoursocialistmarketeconomyandharmstheinterestsofourstate.Therefore，wecansaythatfakeandinferiorproductsareadangerous“tumor”inourhealthyeconomy，whichmustbecutawayassoonpossible.
Inmyopinion，severalstrongmeasuresshouldbeadoptedtofightagainstfakeandinferiorproducts.Ontheonehand，thosewhomakethemmustbeseverelypunishedbythelaw.Ontheotherhand，duetothegrowingcomplexityofthemarket，consumersareoftenfacedwithdeceptivepractices.Althoughtherearelawsdesignedtoprotectconsumers，thereisnotasufficientnumberoflawenforcerstocoveralltheabusesofthemarketplace.Hence，consumersshouldlearntodiscernbetweentrueandfalse.Onlyinthiswaycantheydefendtheirownlegalrightsandinterests.
