在今年的暑假里，我参加了田径队。这不仅丰富了我的课余生活，还增强了我的体质。
到了田径队，就得流汗，特别是在这烈日炎炎的夏天，就算待在家里不动，也能流汗浃背。在田径队里，高抬腿、小步跑，光是这几个动作就已经然你受不了了。万万没想到的是，老师竟然还让我们托车轮跑，虽然跑步成绩有提高，但是，老天爷，你是不是要累死我们啊!
